As someone who has a scar on my chest area from squamous cell carcinoma, I think your friend is smart to wear scarves. You are not protected with sunscreen only. I wore and still will especially on a long trip a satin scarf covering my neck. Helps with aging, but more importantly from skin cancers.

Wonder if your shoulder issue is a "frozen shoulder"? I had that - shoulder pain etc. Took a while but it eventually cleared up after specific exercises and other treatments. If you google it, you could see if your symptoms align with that. Thanks for the video!🤍

Hi Elle! I did a use up of my kitchen spices a few months ago and now working on lotions and gels - for microcurrent, shampoos/conditioners. I was so tired of not having anywhere to put anything. I've decided I want to have what I want and not everything else - ha!

Also I'm not sure if I can get the NXY concealer here but I'll have a look - always searching for a good under eye one that doesn't crease! Finally, I think I might have to order the Perfect Image Glycolic - it looks great. So much cheaper than a professional peel...Glad to hear it seems to help with general anti-aging! My skin is good but over 50....need all the help I can get with fine lines appearing. LOVE your look here xo🥰

I love love love love this video thank you Elle I have been taking betaine for a month now and I don’t have as much acid reflux as I had before I get it rarely I used to get them every day and during the night it was horrible I wanna thank you for that but I do need to get into the other supplements I don’t know why I’m waiting so long also I need to eat some red meat because since years I only have been eating chicken and fish because I have always been told that red meat makes you gain weight and that it is bad for you but if it is as bad and chicken is good as I have been told then why red mean is it so expensive at the supermarket and chicken is cheap? 🤨 love you Elle thank you for these true of videos I really appreciate them!

Hi Elle, I recently had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. Colonoscopy came back great. Just some minor diverticulitis that was nothing to worry about but my esophagus is inflamed. They want me to come in and talk about getting on a prescription. I’m like you and want to do things natural if I can. My functional medicine Dr. retired and moved away. I haven’t been able to find one in my area since. He was so good! Cured me of many things and helped me get through my breast cancer treatment with supplements. I sure don’t want to go on another prescription but I know they will tell me I need to😢 Only thing I take now is thyroid medication and lots of supplements ❤

My Dr did my blood work a few months ago and told me my A1C in very elevated. I am a pescatarian and eat very healthy. I go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week I run/walk 3 to 4 times a week and take plenty of supplements And I was also doing intermittent fasting. I want to see a nutritionist and she has me eating pretty much the same as before but combining foods different. I am going in July for blood work again and see what happens. I take some of the supplement you talked about and then some....lol....i eat gluten free and no sugar......I cannot figure out why my sugar levels are so high.....I am working on it....I even dropped some weight even thou I am not over weight....ILY....MINDY
